Organização de jovens rurais no município de Candelária/RS

Abstract

A participação dos jovens rurais do município de Candelária, através das organizações de juventude, oportuniza a formação de lideranças e a constante manutenção de espaços de socialização. O trabalho desenvolvido pela Associação Candelariense de Juventude Rural - ACANJUR busca fortalecer o espaço rural onde os jovens estão inseridos, de forma a possibilitar um ambiente que promova a permanência dos jovens no meio rural. O estudo busca compreender os resultados que as organizações de jovens rurais trouxeram para o município, utilizando a coleta de dados através de formulário o que possibilitou a análise de dados, desenvolvendo a identificação e a interpretação dos dados. Analisou-se as respostas apresentadas em formulários, sistematizando em categorias para facilitar a compreensão dos resultados. Os entrevistados foram jovens com idade de 15 a 28 anos. Estes interpretam que a ACANJUR é importante ferramenta para a organização de jovens rurais e que contribui significativamente para a valorização do espaço rural. Da mesma forma, compreendem a necessidade dos jovens rurais para garantir a continuidade das organizações rurais. Os jovens entrevistados demonstraram pertencimento à entidade e às inciativas promovidas pela juventude rural, porém compreendem que a entidade poderia atualizar suas práticas, principalmente por existir a necessidade de maior liberdade para a sua condução. Embora almeja a permanência do jovem no meio rural, o processo sucessório ainda é uma grande incógnita e este tem sido o foco principal da entidade pesquisada.

The participation of young rural people in the municipality of Candelária, through youth organizations, provides the formation of leaderships and the constant maintenance of socialization spaces. The work developed by the Candelariense Association of Rural Youth - ACANJUR seeks to strengthen the rural space where young people are inserted, in order to provide an environment that promotes the permanence of young people in rural areas. In this study, the technique used for data analysis was content analysis that enabled the identification and interpretation of the data. The answers presented in forms were analyzed, systematizing in categories to facilitate the understanding of the results. The interviewees were young people aged 15 to 28 years. These interpret that ACANJUR is an important tool for the organization of rural young people and that contributes significantly to the valorization of the rural space. They also understand the need for rural youth to ensure the continuity of rural organizations. The young people interviewed showed that they belonged to the entity and the initiatives promoted by the rural youth, but understood that the organization could update its practices, mainly because there is a need for greater freedom to drive. Although it aims at the permanence of the young person in rural areas, the succession process is still a great unknown and this has been the main focus of the research entity.
