As atividades de turismo rural no município de Nova Petrópolis/RS

Abstract

A atividade turística tem demonstrado sua relevância para o meio rural, pois seu caráter complementar na geração de renda para os produtores, demonstra ser uma alavanca para o desenvolvimento local. Desta forma, esta pesquisa busca analisar as atividades turísticas oferecidas no meio rural do município de Nova Petrópolis/RS e tem como objetivos específicos identificar os roteiros turísticos rurais existentes no município, descrever os produtos e serviços turísticos ofertados pelos agricultores que integram esses roteiros e evidenciar as entidades de apoio à implantação e desenvolvimento da atividade turística, assim como políticas públicas acessadas ou não pelas famílias para auxiliar no desenvolvimento dessa atividade. Quanto aos procedimentos metodológicos inicialmente foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica referente ao tema e foram elaborados dois roteiros semiestruturados com questões abertas para a realização das entrevistas com o Secretário de Turismo, Indústria e Comércio do município e com os agricultores que integram os roteiros rurais existentes no município Como resultados, pode-se destacar que a atualmente existem dois roteiros de turismo rural no município, totalizando 20 empreendimentos que integram o Roteiro Rural Alemães do Sul, criado em 2006 e, Rota Caminhos Germânicos lançado em dezembro de 2016. Além disso, percebeu-se que a atividade turística no meio rural está em ascensão no município, assim como na região, que essa atividade é desenvolvida por agricultores familiares em pequenas áreas, com localização próxima e por famílias com mais de dois integrantes e compostas por até três gerações. Dessa forma, essas famílias mantêm atividades agrícolas diversificadas, mesmo que em menor intensidade, em consonância com a atividade turística. Destaca-se também a presença das modalidades de turismo cultural, histórico, ecoturismo, negócios e eventos desenvolvidos no município tem atraído muitos visitantes a cada ano, impulsionado e estimulado iniciativas ligadas ao turismo no meio rural.

In this way, this research seeks to analyze the tourist activities offered in the rural environment of the municipality of Nova Petrópolis / RS and has as specific objectives to identify the rural tourist itineraries in the municipality, to describe the tourist products and services offered by the farmers that integrate these itineraries and evidence the entities supporting the deployment and development of tourism, as well as public policies accessed or not by families to assist in the development of this activity. As for the methodological procedures, a bibliographical research was done on the subject and two semi-structured scripts were elaborated with questions open for the interviews with the Secretary of Tourism, Industry and Commerce of the municipality and with the farmers who integrate the rural itineraries that exist in the municipality As a result, it can be highlighted that there are currently two itineraries of rural tourism in the municipality, totaling 20 projects that integrate the Rural Roadmap Germans of the South, created in 2006 and Rota Germanic Roads launched in December 2016. In addition, it is estimated that rural tourism activity is on the rise in the municipality, as well as in the region, that this activity is carried out by family farmers in small areas, nearby and by families with more than two members and composed of up to three generations. Thus, these families maintain diversified agricultural activities, even to a lesser extent, in line with the tourist activity. It is also worth noting the presence of cultural tourism, historical, ecotourism, business and events developed in the municipality has attracted many visitors each year, driven and stimulated initiatives linked to tourism in the rural environment.
