Violência contra a mulher : rede de atendimento e enfrentamento da capital do Rio Grande do Sul

Abstract

O presente estudo aborda a Rede de Atendimento e Enfrentamento a Violência contra a Mulher em Porto Alegre. Foi motivado pela preocupação em responder as dúvidas de profissionais e usuárias, referentes aos serviços e fluxos. O objetivo é apresentar os serviços que atualmente estão atuando na Rede e explicar a finalidade de cada um por meio de pesquisa documental. O trabalho considera os avanços conquistados através da implantação da “Lei Maria da Penha” relacionados à assistência, proteção, prevenção e enfrentamento a violência contra a mulher, bem como as falhas na Rede. O estudo contribui para auxiliar os profissionais em relação às informações básicas dos serviços e ressalta o quanto o acolhimento humanizado, qualificado e eficaz tem efeito na decisão da mulher de seguir adiante para cessar com a violência. Por fim, sugere um fluxograma para a Rede.

The present study addresses the Network of Attention and Fight against Violence against Women in Porto Alegre. It was motivated by the concern to answer the doubts of professionals and users, regarding services and flows. The objective is to present the services that are currently composing the Network and explain the purpose of each through documentary research. The work considers the progress achieved through the implementation of the "Maria da Penha Law" related to the assistance, protection, prevention and coping of violence against women, as well as failures in the Network. The study contributes to help professionals in relation to the basic information of the services and highlights how the humanized, qualified and effective reception has an effect on the decision of the woman to move forward to cease with violence. Finally, it suggests a flowchart for the Network.
