Análise da produção científica da lei 11.196/05 (Lei do Bem)

Abstract

Este tem como objetivo conhecer a produção científica feita acerca da Lei nº 11.196/2005, mais conhecida como Lei do Bem em duas bases de dados: LUME UFRGS e Portal de Periódicos da CAPES. Nos artigos científicos da CAPES, buscou-se saber a quantidade de autores por trabalho, a quantidade de publicações por ano, a titulação dos mesmos, a instituição de ensino superior que estão vinculados, a metodologia de pesquisa utilizada e as referências mais utilizadas. Já no Repositório Digital LUME UFRGS, buscou-se saber a área do conhecimento à qual os trabalhos estão inseridos, o tipo de trabalho. Para a realização desse estudo, foi feita uma pesquisa descritiva, tanto qualitativa quanto quantitativa. E para a coleta de dados foi feita uma pesquisa bibliográfica. Os resultados apontaram que o ano que mais teve trabalhos científicos foi em 2015, nas duas bases de dados. A maior produção científica é feita por Doutores, Mestres, Mestrandos e Doutorandos. No Portal de Periódicos da CAPES, a Universidade que mais teve publicações foi a Universidade de São Paulo e 36,36% dos trabalhos foi feita por 4 autores. Já no LUME UFRGS, há uma amostra maior de trabalhos sobre o assunto pesquisado e em 3 diferentes áreas do conhecimento, quais sejam: Ciências Sociais Aplicadas, Engenharia e Ciências Humanas. Sendo que cada área trouxe um ponto de vista sobre a inovação que a Lei do Bem trouxe para o desenvolvimento do país. Com isso, foi possível conhecer o perfil de pesquisa acerca da Lei do Bem.

The purpose of this paper is to know the scientific production about Law 11,196 / 2005, better known as the Law of Good in two databases: LUME UFRGS and CAPES Portal of Periodicals. In the scientific articles of CAPES, it was seeked to know the number of authors per work, the number of publications per year, their titles, the institution of higher education they are linked to, the research methodology used and the most frequently used references. Already in the Digital Repository LUME UFRGS, it was seeked to know the area of knowledge to which the works are inserted, the type of work. For the accomplishment of this study, a descriptive research was done, both qualitative and quantitative. And for the collection of data a bibliographical research was done. The results showed that the year that had the most scientific work was in 2015, in both databases. The highest scientific production is made by Doctors, Masters, Master's and Doctoral students. In the Portal of Periodicals of CAPES, the University that most had publications was the University of São Paulo and 36,36% of the works was done by 4 authors. Already in the LUME UFRGS, there is a greater sample of works on the subject researched and in 3 different areas of knowledge, namely: Applied Social Sciences, Engineering and Human Sciences. As each area brought a point of view on the innovation that the Law of Good brought to the development of the country. With this, it was possible to know the research profile about the Law of Good.
