O objetivo desse trabalho é compreender os primórdios da Diplomacia Cultural utilizando o estudo de caso dos Estados Unidos e da França na fundação e nos primeiros anos da UNESCO por meio do debate entre a literatura especializada do tema. São identificados os objetivos dos dois países dentro do Sistema Internacional na literatura especializada, apoiando-se nas Teorias de Relações Internacionais como forma de embasar o trabalho. ...
