Esta monografia apresenta um estudo de comportamento do consumidor, desenvolvido na empresa Felina Confecções, atuante no mercado de moda praia em Tramandaí. O objetivo é identificar a importância do atributo Origem no processo de decisão de compras dos clientes finais do canal de distribuição dos vendedores ambulantes, e mais especificamente, qual sua atribuição de valor aos produtos de produção local frente aos trazidos do Nordeste do país. O suporte empírico é a pesquisa realizada em duas fases, sendo a primeira de caráter exploratório uma base para a segunda, de caráter conclusivo, que utiliza o método de análise conjunta (c onjoint analysis) para mensurar as utilidades parciais atribuídas pelo público analisado a cada nível de atributo considerado no modelo, assim como suas importâncias relativas à função de Utilidade Total. Os resultados apresentam os atributos E mbalagem, Ocasião de uso e P ossibilidade de Troca, juntamente com o atributo O rigem, como os mais valorizados; também revelam que o atributo Origem é o considerado mais importante dentro do modelo, e que os consumidores preferem um produto genérico trazido do Nordeste do que um de produção local. ...

This paper presents a study on consumer behavior, developed in the company Felina Confecções, active in the fashion market in Tramandaí beach. The objective is to identify the importance of the attribute Origin from the purchase decision process of end customers of the distribution channel of street vendors, and more specifically, what's your assignment value to a product locally made against another brought from the country's Northeast. The empirical support is the research carried out in two phases, where the first exploratory is a basis for the second, conclusive, using the conjoint analysis method to measure the partial utilities assigned by the public examined to each attribute level considered in the model, as well as their relative importance to the Total Utility function. The results show the attributes P acking, Occasion for Use and E xchange Possibility, along with the O rigin attribute as the most valued; also reveal that the Origin attribute is considered more important within the model, and that consumers prefer a generic product brought from the Northeast than a local production. ...
