Para atingir este objetivo, primeiro contextualizamos o projeto político democrático-participativo da esquerda latino-americana, analisando as ideias, atores e forças envolvidas. The purpose of this study is to analyze whether there are differences between participatory policies implemented by leftist governments in Latin America. The main hypothesis is that there is a difference, in the sense that governments that follow a contestatory line execute deeper participatory reforms, while governments identified as moderate left will implement measures aiming at participatory management, infrastructure constitutional character. To achieve this purpose, we contextualise the democratic participatory project held by Latin American left, analyzing the ideas, actors and forces involved.
