Controladoria : um levantamento da produção científica nos congressos ANPCONT e ENANPAD no período de 2007 a 2012

Abstract

O presente estudo tem por objetivo identificar o perfil dos pesquisadores e a evolução do tema controladoria nos artigos apresentados na Associação Nacional dos Programas de Pós- Graduação em Ciências Contábeis – ANPCONT – e no Encontro da Associação Nacional de Pós-Graduação e Pesquisa em Administração – EnANPAD – , no período de 2007 a 2012, analisando: a) a autoria dos artigos; b) o perfil dos autores quanto ao gênero, formação, IES (Instituição de Ensino Superior) ou PPG (Programa de pós-graduação) de origem e redes de colaboração; c) o foco dos artigos e a fundamentação teórica; d) os métodos e tipologias de pesquisa utilizadas; e, e) as referências citadas pelos autores. Esta pesquisa se classifica em: quantitativa, exploratória, descritiva, com estudo de campo e levantamento de dados. De um total de 5.845 artigos sobre Controladoria, foram selecionados para a amostra 36, sendo 21 submetidos no evento ANPCONT. Em relação ao perfil dos autores, verificou-se que a maioria dos autores são do gênero masculino (62,62%) e que 63,55% da população da amostra apresenta título de doutor ou doutorando. A instituição de ensino a qual os autores estão vinculados que se destacou foi a USP (SP), seguida da FURB (SC) e da Mackenzie (SP). Ainda, observou-se preferência em desenvolvimento de trabalhos em trios, mas sem alterações ou mesmo interações nem com outros autores, nem com outras instituições. Em relação às referências bibliográficas, foi constatado que existe a preferencia por livros e periódicos para a realização da pesquisa científica.

The purpose of this study is to identify the profile of the researchers and the evolution of the controllership subject in the articles presented in the National Association of Post Graduation Programs in Accounting – APNCONT – and in the Meeting of the National Association of Post Graduation and Research in Business – EnANPAD -, in the period from 2007 to 2012, analyzing: a) the authorship of the articles; b) the profile of the authors regarding gender, training, Institution of Higher Learning or Post Graduation Program from which the author is from and collaborative networks; c) the focus of the articles and theoretical background; d) the methods and types of research used; e, e) the references quoted by the authors. This research is classified as: quantitative, exploratory, and descriptive, with field of study and data collection. From a total of 5.845 articles on Controllership, 36 of them were selected as sample, in which 21 of them were submitted in the ANPCONT event. Regarding the authors’ profile, it was verified that most of them are males (62,62%) and that 63,55% of the sample population present the PhD title or are on process of getting their PhD. The Schools linked to the authors that protruded the most USP (SP), followed by (FURB) SC and Mackenzie (SP). Still, it was observed the preference on the developing of the works in trios, but with no alteration or even integration with other authors, nor with other institutions. In relation to the bibliographical references, it was found that there is a preference for books and journals to the realization of the scientific research.
