A execução das medidas sócio-educativas em meio aberto de prestação de serviços à comunidade - PSC e liberdade assistida - LA : um relato de experiência

Abstract

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar como vem sendo desenvolvida a execução das medidas sócio-educativas em meio aberto numa cidade da região metropolitana de Porto Alegre. A adolescência caracteriza-se por uma fase de muitas transformações. Nesta fase, o adolescente pode encontrar-se em situação de vulnerabilidade, pois está em um processo de construção de identidade e vivenciando conflitos individuais e na família. Tal processo não ocorre somente em termos sociais, mas também fisiológicos e psíquicos, originando elevados níveis de ansiedade e angústia diante da perda da infância. Diante dessa situação muitos adolescentes fora da escola e em famílias em situação de pobreza cometem ato infracional. O adolescente que comete um ato infracional cumpre uma medida sócio-educativa, que pode ser internação, semiliberdade, liberdade assistida, prestação de serviços à comunidade, reparação do dano e advertência. A experiência de uma psicóloga na execução das medidas sócioeducativas de Prestação de Serviços à Comunidade e Liberdade Assistida é relatada nesse trabalho, contemplando os atendimentos e o funcionamento do serviço onde atua. Os atendimentos são direcionados ao adolescente, através de intervenções individuais ou grupais, acompanhamento da família e planejamento de intervenções com a rede de proteção. As intervenções visam a contribuir com processos de resiliência, resignificação do ato infracional, acompanhamento da execução das medidas sócio-educativas e a construção de planos em relação ao futuro.

This article has the purpose of presenting how it is being developed the implementation of socio-educational measures in an open environment in a city of the metropolitan area of Porto Alegre. Adolescence is characterized by a phase of many transformations. At this stage, the adolescent is vulnerable, often because he is in process of identity construction and at the same time going through individual and family conflicts. Such process happens not only in social terms, but also physiological and psychological, creating high levels of anxiety and anguish over the loss of childhood. Face this situation many teenagers out of school and with families in poverty, will commit offenses. The teenager who commits an offense will serve a socio-educational measures, which may be confinement, free-range, probation, community service, reparations of the damages and warning. The experience of a psychologist in the implementation of socio-educational measures of community services and probation will be reported in this article, considering the attending and operation where it is. The adolescent attending can be individual or in groups including the family and management with the net protection. The interventions are for helping the resilience process, and the resignification of the offenses, following the socio-educational process and the construction the plans in relation of the future.
