Coletivo e saúde mental : possibilidades de cuidado

Abstract

Este trabalho é resultado da conclusão do percurso enquanto residente em Saúde Mental Coletiva. O objetivo foi traçar um paralelo entre a importância do aspecto coletivo para a saúde mental e os projetos políticos do atual governo. Para compreender como chegamos a uma política de desmonte e desinvestimento, que descaracteriza a importância do aspecto social e comunitário para o cuidado em saúde mental, é apresentada uma revisão de literatura que resgata o histórico da loucura e da saúde mental no país. Como forma de ressaltar a importância do aspecto coletivo, foram trazidas diferentes compreensões a respeito da constituição do sujeito, que apontam a relação com o outro e com a sociedade como fundamentais para o desenvolvimento; e do processo saúde-doença, entendido enquanto produto social. A partir disso, são narrados os processos da residência no contexto atual - atravessada pela pandemia e pelas políticas atuais -, trazendo à luz como essas questões surgem no cotidiano do trabalho em saúde mental no SUS, na cidade de Porto Alegre. São apresentadas, também, reflexões acerca do momento que vivemos.

This work is the result of the conclusion of the path as a resident in Collective Mental Health. The objective was to draw a parallel between the importance of the collective aspect for mental health and the political projects of the current government. To understand how we arrived at a policy of dismantling and disinvestment, which mischaracterizes the importance of the social and community aspect for mental health care, a literature review is presented that rescues the history of madness and mental health in the country. As a way of emphasizing the importance of the collective aspect, different understandings are brought about the constitution of the subject, which point out the relationship with the other and with society as fundamental for development; and the health-disease process understood as a social product. From this, the residency processes in the current context – crossed by the pandemic and current policies – are narrated, bringing to light how these issues arise in the daily work in mental health at SUS, in the city of Porto Alegre. Reflections about the moment we are living are also presented.
