Análise global de um sistema de refrigeração industrial

Abstract

Este trabalho aborda a análise global de um sistema de refrigeração industrial para produção e envase de bebidas. O sistema foi simulado em uma planilha Excel levando em conta todos os acoplamentos entre os componentes que o compõe, com o intuito de verificar a influência das variações nas temperaturas e pressões na temperatura final da bebida. Foi utilizado o programa CoolPack como fonte de dados das propriedades do fluido refrigerante presente no sistema. Por fim, os resultados são comparados com os dados reais, a fim de validar o simulador e verificar a qualidade do método analítico utilizado.

This work deals with the global analysis of an industrial refrigeration system for filling and production of beverages. The system was simulated in an Excel datasheet taking into account all the couplings between the making up components, in order to verify the influence of the temperature and pressure variations on the exit temperature of the beverage. The program CoolPack was used as a data resource for the properties of the system refrigerant. At the end, the obtained results were shown and a comparison was made with the data collected from a real system, to validate the simulator and verify the accuracy of the proposed analytic method.
