Esta monografia analisa a Política Nacional de Saúde Integral da População Negra através da concepção de equidade. O estudo analisou o processo de formulação dessa Política na saúde da população negra. This monograph analyzes the National Policy for Integrated Health of the Black Population through the conception of equity. The study examined the process of formulating this policy. The theoretical reference was based on the model of public policies Multiple Streams (KINGDON, 2003), and the principles of equity (Rawls, 2008; WHITEHEAD, 1992).
