A importância social e econômica e os fatores restritivos para o desenvolvimento da agroindústria de derivados de leite de Novo Xingu - RS

Abstract

Este trabalho teve como foco conhecer e entender a realidade da Agroindústria de Derivados de Leite de Novo Xingu-RS, suas experiências e sua atual situação hoje como empreendimento agrícola. A pesquisa partiu-se de contribuições e fundamentos teóricos dos autores evidenciados nesta obra, estes dando conceitos, definições, características da agricultura familiar e das agroindústrias familiar. Através das contribuições teóricas, foi possível atribuí-las a pesquisa compreendendo a realidade dos atores envolvidos, e assim foi possível diagnosticar que a Agroindústria local tem como limitação a questão da legalização que a impede de aumentar sua produção e expandir suas atividades, limitando-a a mercados locais. Também se evidenciou que a mesma por se caracterizar como um grupo informal necessita de um apoio na sua gestão e administração para que suas tomadas de decisões sejam coerentes e certas de acordo com as iniciativas tomadas, para que a mesma não sofra com problemas por falta de planejamento. A mesma caracteriza-se por ser de cunho familiar, sendo que as pessoas que lá exercem suas atividades são provenientes da agricultura familiar. A potencialidade visível na mesma é que ela insere nas suas práticas de produção sua cultura e tradição que é fortemente vista no município de Novo Xingu-RS, sendo que seu produto pode ser caracterizado como “tipo colonial” por ser produzido com práticas simples da colônia. O município de Novo Xingu-RS, tem uma boa parte da população residindo no meio rural, sendo que a maioria das atividades é voltada a bacia leiteira, o que viabiliza a agroindústria e ao mesmo tempo beneficia o município por fortalecer a agricultura familiar e garantir a permanência dos jovens no campo. Contudo, é possível destacar que apesar da agroindústria local evidenciar muitos problemas no seu desenvolvimento, a mesma é uma alternativa de sustentabilidade da agricultura familiar, pois apresenta viabilidade econômica, valorização da agricultura familiar e garante a permanência dos agricultores no campo garantindo-lhes maior renda e qualidade de vida.

This work focused on knowing and understanding the reality of milk Derivatives agroindustry Xingu-RS again, their experiences and their current situation today as agricultural enterprise. The search came from contributions and theoretical foundations of the authors highlighted in this work, these giving us concepts, definitions, characteristics of family-based agriculture and agribusiness. Through theoretical contributions, it was possible to assign them to our research understanding the reality of the actors involved, and so it was possible to diagnose that the local Industry has as limiting the issue of legalization that prevents it from increasing its production and expand its activities, limiting it to local markets. Also showed that the same to characterize as an informal group requires a support in its management and administration for your decision-making are consistent and in accordance with the initiatives taken, so that it does not suffer with problems due to lack of planning. It is characterized by being family-oriented, and the people there have their activities come from family agriculture. Visible in the same capability is that it inserts in their production practices their culture and tradition that is strongly seen in the municipality of New Xingu-RS, being that your product can be characterized as "colonial type" because it is produced with simple practices of the colony. The municipality of New Xingu-RS, has a good part of the population residing in rural areas, where most activities is devoted to dairy basin, which enables to agribusiness and at the same time enjoys the ortsgemeinde – a community belonging to strengthen family agriculture and ensure the permanence of the young people in the field. With everything it is possible to highlight that despite the local agribusiness show many problems in its development, it is an alternative family agriculture sustainability, because it presents economic viability, valuation and ensures the permanence of the farmers in the field ensuring them greater income and quality of life.
