Este trabalho aborda a importância da consolidação de um novo modelo de análise de credito bancário para as Micro e Pequenas empresas (MPEs), haja vista a importância desse segmento no cenário econômico-financeiro do Brasil, apesar das dificuldades históricas de captação de recursos no Sistema Financeiro Nacional. Nesse sentido o trabalho relatará o apoio do SEBRAE – Serviço de Apoio às Micro e Pequenas Empresas para criação das SGC - Sociedades de Garantia de Credito, as quais terão a função de analisar as propostas de crédito e conceder garantias aos agentes financeiros para contratação de operações de credito aos projetos considerados viáveis. Para atender esse objetivo o material será desenvolvido relatando a primeira experiência brasileira de auxilio a inclusão bancaria das MPES através da concessão de garantia (fundos de aval) e o desenvolvimento das Sociedades de Garantia de Crédito (SGC) no Brasil em um modelo semelhante ao da Itália, que é referência internacional no assunto, mas que se adeqüe à realidade brasileira. ...
