Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo principal analisar a relação entre o volume de metas e a Qualidade de Vida no Trabalho (QVT), na percepção dos bancários pertencentes ao Banco Beta. A opção pelo tema da pesquisa justifica-se por ser essencial a qualquer organização que tenha por meta a satisfação, o desenvolvimento e a produtividade de seus trabalhadores, o conhecimento do impacto das estratégias organizacionais na saúde de seus colaboradores. A metodologia adotada é quantitativa e este estudo caracteriza-se por ser do tipo descritivo, privilegiando o método Survey como modo de investigação. Para responder a questão desta pesquisa, foram utilizadas as oito categorias de WALTON (1973), como norteadoras na caracterização do que é QVT. Os resultados demonstraram que predomina elevado nível de estresse na classe bancária, bem como a incidência de distúrbios como (insônia, alterações metabólicas, ansiedade, etc.), a pesquisa revela ainda que os bancários atribuem às metas excessivas o elevado nível de estresse entre os trabalhadores. Nesse sentindo, conclui-se que, um programa de QVT é vital para melhorar a satisfação no contexto do trabalho, humanizando as relações entre a instituição e o trabalhador. ...

This research analyses the relationship between volume targets and Quality of Work Life (QWL), under the point of view of the Bank Beta employees. The choice of research is justified t due to any organization which has the goal satisfaction, development and productivity of their employees, who knows the impact of organizational strategies in the health of its employees. The methodology is quantitative, and this study is characterized by the descriptive type, Survey focusing on the method as investigative. To answer this research question, we used the eight categories of Walton (1973), as guiding the characterization of which is QWL. The results points that high stress levels are prevalent in the class bank, and the incidence of such disorders (insomnia, metabolic disorders, anxiety, etc.), the research also reveals that the bank attributed the causes of high level stress to the excessive targets to be accomplished among workers. In that sense, it is concluded that, a QWL program is vital to improving satisfaction in the workplace, humanizing the relations between the institution and the employee. ...
