Políticas de desenvolvimento da coleção da BPE com ênfase na literatura gaúcha

Abstract

Projeto de política de desenvolvimento de coleções para a Biblioteca Pública do Estado com ênfase na literatura gaúcha, que pretende uma disponibilização do acervo de modo que este seja aproveitado plenamente pelo público usuário da Instituição. Para avaliação do acervo foi realizada uma coleta de dados através de formulários, onde as obras foram relacionadas indicando setor e quantidade. A utilização de entrevistas com funcionários dos setores também foi instrumento desta avaliação. Após a coleta e análise dos dados foi constatada a necessidade da elaboração da política enfatizando a literatura gaúcha.

Politics of development of collections for the Public Library of the State with emphasis in Literature Gaucha, in form of project of work of conclusion of the Librarianship course, of the Federal University of the Rio Grande Do Sul, aims at avaiable of the quantity in way that this is used to advantage fully by publishes user to it of the institution. Data analyzed through quantitative exploratória research, of the quantity with collection of data and use of forms and half-structuralized interviews the employees of the sectors of the library. Search to emphasize the importance of the library as surrounding of learning and continue, making possible the facilitated access the information all the its using community.
