Este trabalho buscou identificar os temas que aparecem nos artigos científicos sobre surfe publicados entre 2000 e 2011 para distinguir o foco das pesquisas sobre o assunto por meio de revisão da literatura. Foram usados os buscadores Google Acadêmico e Portal de Periódicos da CAPES. As bases de dados utilizadas foram: CrossRef, EBSCOhost e NCBI PubMed. A expressão-chave usada foi surfboard riding.
