A implantação do Sistema Eletrônico de Informações (SEI) no Tribunal de Justiça do Rio Grande do Sul e os impactos na sustentabilidade

Abstract

O presente estudo teve como objetivo analisar a implantação do Sistema Eletrônico de Informações (SEI) no âmbito do Tribunal de Justiça do Rio Grande do Sul e os impactos causados na sustentabilidade a partir de sua utilização. Assim, para a realização da presente pesquisa, foi adotado o método de estudo de caso, de caráter qualitativo e a aplicação de uma pesquisa exploratória para um melhor entendimento. Dessa forma, para o desenvolvimento do presente trabalho de conclusão de curso, realizou-se análise documental de relatórios, documentos oficiais e entrevistas com profissionais que atuaram na implantação do Sistema Eletrônico de Informações. Além disso, foi realizada a identificação e descrição das características da implantação do sistema e seus benefícios proporcionados a partir da transformação digital promovida no Poder Judiciário do Rio Grande do Sul, além de verificar sua influência no alcance de metas estabelecidas pelo Plano de Logística Sustentável para viabilizar o seu controle e desenvolvimento quanto à sustentabilidade nas atividades jurisdicionais e administrativas diárias efetuadas pelo Poder Judiciário do Rio Grande do Sul. De modo geral, observou-se que a implantação do sistema contribuiu para a diminuição da utilização de recursos físicos, trouxe benefícios para a logística e economia em algumas áreas, além de diminuir a necessidade de espaço físico para armazenamento de arquivo.

The present study aimed to analyze the implementation of the Electronic Information System (SEI) within the scope of the Court of Justice of Rio Grande do Sul and the impacts caused on sustainability through its use. Thus, to carry out this research, the case study method was adopted, of a qualitative nature, and the application of an exploratory research for a better understanding. Therefore, for the development of this course conclusion work, we carried out a documentary analysis of reports, official documents and interviews with professionals who worked on the implementation of the Electronic Information System. In addition, the characteristics of the system implementation and its benefits provided by the digital transformation promoted in the Judiciary of Rio Grande do Sul were identified and described, in addition to verifying its influence on the achievement of conditional goals by the Sustainable Logistics Plan for enable its control and development in terms of sustainability in the daily jurisdictional and administrative activities carried out by the Judiciary of Rio Grande do Sul. In general, it was observed that the implementation of the system contributed to reducing the use of physical resources, brought benefits to logistics and economy in some areas, in addition to reducing the need for physical space for file storage.
