Caminhos (in)justos : as relações étnico-raciais e a luta contra o racismo no sociojurídico

Abstract

O presente trabalho de conclusão de curso propõe-se a uma reflexão sobre a abordagem da questão étnico-racial e a luta contra o racismo no âmbito sociojurídico. Partindo da experiência de inserção no estágio curricular obrigatório e, também, utilizando-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica exploratória, que destaca a produção de conhecimento do Serviço Social sobre racismo e questões étnico-raciais no Judiciário, no período de 2013 a 2023, a escrita discorre sobre a insuficiência do debate racial no Serviço Social da formação ao exercício da profissão. Ancorando-se em referenciais e peculiaridades históricas do país, mas trazendo elementos do cotidiano profissional no âmbito sociojurídico, o trabalho irá defender a importância de uma práxis antirracista para um exercício profissional alinhado com o projeto ético-político da categoria e a promoção da justiça. Através da perspectiva de autoras(es) que evidenciam a questão racial como cerne da questão social, este trabalho convoca as(os) Assistentes Sociais a se somarem à luta antirracista.

This final paper proposes a reflection on the approach to the ethnic-racial issue and the fight against racism in the socio-legal field. Based on the experience of participating in the mandatory curricular internship and utilizing exploratory bibliographic research that highlights the production of knowledge in Social Work regarding racism and ethnic-racial issues in the Judiciary from 2013 to 2023, this writing discusses the insufficiency of the racial debate in Social Work from training to professional practice. Grounded in historical references and the peculiarities of the country, while incorporating elements of professional routines in the socio-legal field, this work defends the importance of an anti-racist praxis for a professional practice that aligns with the ethical-political project of the field and the promotion of justice. Through the perspective of authors who emphasize the racial issue as central to the social question, this work calls on Social Workers to join the anti-racist struggle.
