Nem a terra, nem o céu, justamente o meio : a poética de Mariza Carpes

Abstract

Este artigo analisa a obra gráfica recente da artista brasileira Mariza Carpes (Santa Maria-RS, 1948), destacando a investigação sobre o seu processo de instauração de obra. O artigo investe na análise do processo de criação, desde a elaboração do seu tema, os desdobramentos desse tema em motivos diversos, o uso de recursos técnicos oriundos do desenho e da pintura e ainda a amplidão de procedimentos e materiais utilizados pela artista.

This article analyzes the recent graphic work of Brazilian artist Mariza Carpes (Santa Maria-RS, 1948), highlighting research on the process of setting up work. Article invests in the analysis of the creation process, from the preparation of its subject, the ramifications of this theme on several reasons, the use of technical resources from drawing and painting and also the breadth of procedures and materials used by the artist.
