A situação das mulheres negras na política brasileira e os desafios enfrentados : reflexões a partir dos relatos de vereadoras do município de Porto Alegre e suas trajetórias

Abstract

O presente trabalho objetiva analisar as principais dificuldades enfrentadas pelas mulheres negras eleitas em 2020 para compor a Câmara de Vereadores de Porto Alegre, sendo elas Bruna Rodrigues, Daiana Santos, Karen Santos e Laura Sito, fazendo parte de um grande marco na história da cidade e do Estado, a partir do momento em que as representações se tornam diversas ultrapassando as linhas do conservadorismo que assombra essa cidade intensamente segregada. Procura-se analisar em especial no que tange às agressões de gênero e raça sofridas por essas mulheres negras na ocupação da vereança e como essas parlamentares lidam com isso. É nítida a lenta inserção das mulheres negras na política e procura-se compreender como isso vem se modificando, mesmo com um intenso e longo caminho a percorrer. Com cunho qualitativo e uma metodologia contendo vastas referências bibliográficas, entrevistas disponíveis na íntegra, matérias onde através destas procura-se analisar o máximo de relatos explanados pelas vereadoras referente ao tema apresentado. E foi a partir destes relatos que foi possível chegar a conclusão de que ao compreender esta baixa representação e participação de mulheres negras na política, conclui-se também que as questões de gênero e raça são fortes contribuintes para esta problemática.

It seeks to analyze in particular with regard to the gender and racial aggressions suffered by these black women in the occupation of council and how these parliamentarians deal with it. The slow insertion of black women in politics is clear and we seek to understand how this has been changing, even with an intense and long way to go. With a qualitative nature and a methodology containing vast bibliographical references, interviews available in full, articles where through these we seek to analyze the maximum number of reports explained by the councilors regarding the theme presented. And it was from these reports that it was possible to reach the conclusion that by understanding this low representation and participation of black women in politics, it is also concluded that gender and race issues are strong contributors to this problem.
