Acervo digital da indumentária gaúcha na perspectiva de tecnologias tridimensionais

Abstract

A indumentária gaúcha, intrínseca ao patrimônio histórico e cultural do sul do Brasil, construída das diversas influências culturais ao longo da história, simboliza o tradicionalismo e a identidade de um povo. O propósito desta pesquisa consistiu um propor um acervo digital voltado à representação da indumentária gaúcha em um ambiente virtual, o qual compreende modelos tridimensionais. Esta iniciativa se baseou nas diretrizes estabelecidas pelo movimento tradicionalista gaúcho e nos eventos hostóricos ocorridos entre os séculos XVIII e XX. Além de buscar a recriação fiel desse patrimônio cultural, o estudo também se concentrou na identificação das possíveis aplicações e restrições das tecnologias tridimensionais utilizadas na elaboração desse acervo digital. Os procedimentos metodológicos adotados abrangem uma revisão de literatura abrangente e a condução de entrevistas semiestruturadas junto a especialistas, visando à validação dos modelos 3D desenvolvidos no decorrer do estudo. Os resultados alcançados na minuciosa descrição técnica da pilcha gaúcha, propiciaram a concepção de uma proposta de acervo tridimensional dedicado a esse traje típico. A estrutura desta tese está organizada em sete capítulos, compreendendo a introdução, revisão bibliográfica, metodologia, detalhamento técnico, validação, construção do acervo 3D, e concluindo com considerações finais e a lista de referências utilizadas. A contribuição primordial desta pesquisa reside na sistematização do processo criativo subjacente à concepção do acervo, com um foco específico na aplicação das tecnologias tridimensionais destinadas à preservação do patrimônio cultural representado pela indumentária gaúcha.

The Gaucho costume, intrinsic to the historical and cultural heritage of southern Brazil, built from the different cultural influences throughout history, symbolizes, the traditionalism and identity of a people. The purpose of this research was to propese a digital collection aimed at representing Gaucho clothing in a virtual environment, which comprises three-dimensional models. This initiative was based on the guidelines established by the Gaucho traditionalist movement and on historical events that occurred between the 18th and 20th centuries. In addition to seeking the faithful recreation of this cultural heritage, the study also focused on identifying the possible applications and restrictions of the three-dimensional technologies used in the creation of this digital collection. The methodological procedures adopted included a comprehensive literature review and semi-structured interviews with experts, aiming to validate the 3D models developed during the study. The results achieved in the detailed technical description of the pilcha gaúcha, led to the conception of a proposal for a three-dimensional collection dedicated to this typical costume. The structure of this thesis is organized into seven chapters, comprising the introduction, bibliographic review, methodology, technical details, validation, construction of the 3D collection, and concluding with final considerations and the list of references used. The primary contribution of this research lies in the systematization of the creative process underlying the conception of the collection, with a specific focus on the application of three-dimensional technologies aimed at preserving the cultural heritage represented by Gaucho clothing.
