Grupo terapêutico em fonoaudiologia : lugar de enunciação e de escuta

Abstract

O presente trabalho aborda o trabalho com grupo terapêutico na Fonoaudiologia sob a perspectiva da Teoria Enunciativa do linguista Émile Benveniste, associada à uma noção de escuta. O objetivo do trabalho é propor uma abordagem de trabalho em grupo a partir dos pressupostos teóricos da Teoria da Enunciação. Trata-se de um estudo qualitativo descritivo, que acompanha longitudinalmente o trabalho de um grupo terapêutico em um estágio curricular do curso de Fonoaudiologia da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul. Os dados foram retirados de recortes de relatos dos encontros do grupo, sendo as análises direcionadas especialmente a um dos participantes, designado de participante acompanhado. Observamos, a partir das análises, uma nítida mudança por parte do participante acompanhado ao longo dos encontros do grupo, que passou a reconhecer-se e ser reconhecido no seu lugar de fala. Foi demonstrado, portanto, que a utilização de um referencial teórico na condução de um trabalho em grupo na terapia fonoaudiológica, que oferece um espaço de enunciação e de escuta, favoreceu a apropriação da língua por parte dos participantes, fazendo com que eles se constituíssem plenamente enquanto sujeitos na linguagem; percebemos também a importância do trabalho com grupos terapêuticos na formação clínica das terapeutas que coordenaram o grupo.

This paper approaches the therapeutic groups in Speech Therapy from the perspective of the Enunciative Theory of the linguist Émile Benveniste, associated with a notion of listening. The purpose of the study is to reflect on the place of enunciation and listening that the therapeutic group gives to its participants.This is a descriptive qualitative study, which longitudinally follows the work of a therapeutic group in a curricular internship of the Speech Therapy course at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. The data are taken from clippings of reports of the group meetings, analyzing especially one of the participants, designated as accompanied participant. We observed, from the analyses, a movement of the accompanied participant throughout the group meetings, starting to assume his place of speech. It was shown, from the analysis, that the use of a theoretical referential in the conduction of group work in speech therapy, which offers a space for enunciation and listening, favored the appropriation of language by the speakers, causing them to constitute themselves as subjects in language. We also realized the importance of therapeutic groups in the clinical training of the therapists who coordinated the group.
