A Constituição Federal de 1988 nas Ciências Sociais do Ensino Médio

Abstract

O presente trabalho abordará, através da pesquisa qualitativa e da revisão teórica, os principais conteúdos abarcados na Constituição Federal de 1988, como: a organização do Estado Brasileiro, a formação do Estado Democrático de Direito, os Direitos Fundamentais e a Separação de Poderes, demonstrando um conteúdo constitucional palatável, de ponto de vista pedagógico a na área de conhecimento das Ciências Sociais. Se verificará a aderência da temática pesquisada à Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC), de forma que tal conteúdo esteja de acordo com as normas educacionais vigentes. Analisar-se-á obras didáticas na busca do tratamento conferido ao conteúdo constitucional, por fim, sendo viável a hipótese, será proposto um plano de aulas para quatro horas de atividade.

This work will address, through qualitative research and theoretical review, the main contents covered in the Federal Constitution of 1988, such as: the organization of the Brazilian State, the formation of the Democratic State of Law, Fundamental Rights and the Separation of Powers, demonstrating a palatable constitutional content, from a pedagogical point of view and in the area of knowledge of the Social Sciences. The adherence of the researched theme to the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC) will be verified, so that such content is in accordance with the prevailing educational norms. Didactic works will be analyzed in the search for the treatment given to the constitutional content, finally, if the hypothesis is viable, a lesson plan for four hours of activity will be proposed.
