A vivência da maternidade por mulheres com trajetória de rua: vulnerabilidades e direitos humanos

Abstract

Introdução: A presente dissertação se propõe a tomar a pluralidade das existências de mulheres com trajetória de rua para refletir acerca das situações de vulnerabilidade vivenciadas por elas frente a maternidade nas ruas. Embora em menor número, as mulheres que vivem nas ruas estão mais suscetíveis às discriminações, desigualdades e violências. A literatura revela que a vivência da maternidade nas ruas se trata de um problema de saúde pública que afeta diversos países, sendo decorrente de uma série de condições de vulnerabilidade, demandando investigações que possam auxiliar na efetivação de intervenções que respeitem e atendam às necessidades e direitos das mulheres e seus filhos. A relevância desta pesquisa está em identificar situações potenciais de vulnerabilidade, para que seja possível a construção e consolidação de ações e políticas públicas nos mais diversos âmbitos, em especial, no campo da saúde. Objetivo: Compreender a vivência da maternidade por mulheres com trajetória de rua sob a luz do referencial teórico da Vulnerabilidade e Direitos Humanos (V&DH). Método: Trata-se de estudo de natureza qualitativa, com caráter exploratório-descritivo. Os campos da pesquisa foram o Consultório na Rua - Centro e o Coletivo Troque a Fome por Flor. As participantes foram mulheres, maiores de dezoito anos, que tiveram a sua trajetória de vida marcada pela vivência da maternidade em situação de rua. Todas as participantes foram selecionadas e convidadas de modo intencional, e as informações foram coletadas por meio de entrevistas em profundidade. O corpus de análise desta pesquisa envolve as oito entrevistas desenvolvidas a partir desta dissertação, além das quatro entrevistas que compõem um banco de dados digital de acesso restrito que foi incluído neste estudo conforme autorização das pesquisadoras responsáveis, totalizando um quantitativo de doze entrevistas. Para a análise das informações obtidas, utilizou-se a análise temática proposta por Minayo, em articulação com o referencial analítico da V&DH. A pesquisa foi aprovada pelo Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul sob CAAE no 44865221.7.0000.5347. Resultados: Desvela-se que a constituição da maternidade no cenário da rua é atravessada por arbitrariedades, normatizações e moralidades que intensificam os processos de vulnerabilização aos quais elas estão submetidas. Foram evidenciadas uma série de situações de discriminações e violências que repercutem em vulnerabilidades, demarcando o cenário de reprodução de uma verdadeira máquina de violações de direitos. Nessa direção, elas são interpeladas por constantes e sucessivas intervenções de controle travestido de cuidado, nas quais tornam-se explícitos o descaso, desconfiança, desinformação, desassistência e negligência, bem como a falta de acolhimento e suporte, no decorrer da vivência da maternidade nas ruas. Como consequência dessa conjuntura de cerceamento do direito à vivência da maternidade, ficou explícito o afastamento dessas mulheres dos serviços e instituições, contribuindo para definir desfechos em saúde desfavoráveis para elas e seus filhos, culminando em maior vulnerabilização. Considerações finais: Tornou-se explícita a carência de ações e políticas públicas que contemplem as especificidades de mulheres com trajetória de rua, sobretudo, na vivência da maternidade. Identificou-se a urgência de aproximá-las dos serviços e instituições, no sentido de construir com elas uma rede de apoio verdadeiramente efetiva e que dialogue com suas possibilidades e perspectivas. Assim, torna-se um imperativo ético-estético- político, construir práticas em saúde comprometidas com a justiça e proteção social, mitigando vulnerabilidades e promovendo direitos humanos.

Introduction: The present dissertation proposes to take the plurality of the existences of women with a street trajectory to reflect on the situations of vulnerability experienced by them in the face of motherhood on the streets. Although in smaller numbers, women who live on the streets are more susceptible to the discrimination, inequalities and violence. The literature reveals that the experience of motherhood on the streets is a public health problem that affects several countries, resulting from a series of vulnerability conditions, demanding investigations that can assist in the implementation of interventions that respect and meet the needs and rights of these women and their children. The relevance of this research lies in identifying potential situations of vulnerability, so that it is possible to plan and consolidate public actions and policies in the most diverse areas, especially in the field of health. Objective: To understand the experience of motherhood by women with a street trajectory in the light of the theoretical framework of Vulnerability and Human Rights (V&HR). Method: This is a qualitative study, with an exploratory- descriptive character. The research fields were the Consultório na Rua - Centro and the Collective Troque a Fome por Flor. The participants were women, over eighteen years old, who had their life trajectory marked by the experience of motherhood in a street situation. All participants were intentionally selected and invited, and the information was collected through in-depth interviews. The corpus of analysis of this research involves the eight interviews developed from this dissertation, in addition to the four interviews that make up a digital database of restricted access that was included in this study as authorized by the responsible researchers, totaling a quantitative of twelve interviews. For the analysis of the information, the thematic analysis proposed by Minayo was used, in conjunction with the analytical framework of V&HR. The research was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul under CAAE no 44865221.7.0000.5347. Results: The constitution of motherhood in the street scenario is crossed by arbitrariness, norms and moralities that intensify the vulnerability processes. It was possible to highlight a series of situations of discrimination and violence that affect vulnerabilities, demarcating the scenario of reproduction of a true machine of violations of the rights. In this direction, they are challenged by constant and successive interventions of control disguised as care, in which neglect, distrust, misinformation, lack of assistance and negligence become explicit, as well as the lack of reception and support, throughout the experience of motherhood on the streets. As a consequence of this conjuncture of curtailment of the right to experience motherhood, the detachment of these women from services and institutions was explicit, contributing to define unfavorable health outcomes for them and their children, culminating in greater vulnerability. Final considerations: It was explicit the lack of public actions and policies that address the specificities of these women, especially during the experience of motherhood. The urgency of bringing them closer to services and institutions was identified, in order to build an effective support network that dialogues with their possibilities and perspectives. It becomes an ethical-aesthetic-political imperative to build health practices committed to justice and social protection, mitigating vulnerabilities and promoting human rights.
