Macro ao micro e sua importância na educação ambiental

Abstract

O projeto Macro ao Micro e sua Importância na Educação Ambiental, foi um projeto realizado com o intuito de despertar os estudantes para a importância dos seres microscópicos, para interação entre os aspectos micro e macro nos ecossistemas, para os perigos que a destinação dos resíduos em locais como o Arroio Passo Fundo (localizado no bairro Cavalhada, entre a escola e a comunidade da Vila Cruzeiro do Sul, e que foi o foco principal do nosso estudo para a aula prática do projeto e para a coleta e análise de material), podem causar, e as dificuldades que a comunidade e órgãos públicos terão para realizar a recuperação dessas áreas. Outrossim, mostrando a amplitude que os problemas ambientais provocados pelos processos humanos podem acarretar ao nosso planeta. Consequentemente, motivar e incentivar os estudantes na realização de práticas de pesquisa e de investigação, de ideias e iniciativas que visem à recuperação, manutenção, controle e o descarte adequado dos resíduos. O Projeto foi realizado com a coleta de imagens fotográficas (feita pelos educandos), após a aprovação do projeto pelo CEP/UFRGS e assinatura do TALE e TCLE, pelos pais e/ou responsáveis e a coleta e análise de água do arroio Passo Fundo (Coloração,cheiro e material particulado), foi realizada pelo professor. Essas etapas de pesquisas de campo e as informações provenientes da análise desses materiais, e de um questionário aplicado aos alunos, ajudaram a obter resultados satisfátórios como o entendimento sobre os individuos macro e microscópicos e as relações nos ecossistemas, com isso o entendimento sobre os problemas ambientais e de saúde pública, causados pela destinação irregular dos resíduos e ainda a conscientização, a sensibilização e a continuidade do processo em suas casas (levar a informação a comunidade). Acreditamos ter motivado os alunos a prática de pesquisa por investgação e a de produção de pequenos projetos, que visam a recuperação do meio ambiente. Apesar desse momento complexo em que vivemos, os estudantes participaram intensamente, demonstraram-se surpresos e, ao mesmo tempo, motivados a aprender mais sobre o assunto, fator que nos faz acreditar que o projeto alcançou não só o objetivo principal, que era apresentar o macro e o micro e sua importância em nossas vidas, mas proporcionou aos alunos e ao professor a oportunidade de trabalharem juntos em um projeto que tem identidade social e ambiental. Mais do que isso, buscar a conscientização de todos ao cuidado com o meio ambiente, proporcionou aos educandos o alcance à informação, a oportunidade de aliar a prática e a teoria na busca do conhecimento e a independência de práticas de pesquisa por investigação. Acreditamos que tudo que vimos e realizamos, por intermédio do projeto, possa gerar frutos num futuro próximo.

The Macro to Micro project and its Importance in Environmental Education was a project carried out with the aim of awakening students to the importance of microscopic beings, for the interaction between micro and macro aspects in ecosystems, for the dangers that the disposal of waste in places like Arroio Passo Fundo (located in the Cavalhada neighborhood, between the school and the community of Vila Cruzeiro do Sul, and which was the main focus of our study, for the practical class of the project and for the collection and analysis of material).. Also, showing the extension that environmental problems caused by human processes can cause to our planet. Consequently, the objective was to motivate and encourage students to carry out research and investigation practices, producing new ideas and initiatives aiming the recovery, maintenance, control the environment and do the proper disposal of waste. The Project was carried out with the collection of photographic images (made by the students), after the approval of the project by CEP/UFRGS and signature of the TALE and TCLE, by the parents and/or students guardians. The collection and analysis of water from Arroio the Passo Fundo (Coloring, smell and particulate material) was performed by the teacher. These stages of field research and information acquisition from the analysis of these materials, as well as a questionnaire applied to students, helped to obtain satisfactory results, such as the understanding of macro and microscopic individuals and the relationships in ecosystems, with this the understanding of environmental and public health problems caused by the irregular disposal of waste, as well as awareness, awareness and continuity of process in their homes (bringing the information to the community). We believe that we have motivated students to practice research through investigation and the production of small projects, aimed at recovering the environment. Despite this complex moment in which we live, the students participated intensely, showed themselves surprised and, at the same time, motivated to learn more about the subject. This is a factor that makes us believe the project achieved not only its main objective, which was to present the correlation between macro and micro, as well as their importance in our lives, but it provided students and teachers with the opportunity to work together on a project that has social identity and environmental relevance. More than that, seeking to raise everyone's awareness of caring for the environment, providing students with access to information, the opportunity to combine practice and theory in the pursuit of knowledge and the independence of research practices through investigation, believing that everything we have seen and accomplished through the project can bear fruit in the near future.
