Classificação de risco na atenção primária e o Sistema de Manchester : scoping review

Abstract

INTRODUÇÃO: O Acolhimento com Classificação de Risco (ACR) surge como uma Política Pública adotada pelo Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) na busca de reafirmar a saúde como direito universal. A implantação do ACR com o Sistema de Triagem de Manchester (STM) mostra-se um protocolo de triagem que visa a ajustar o fluxo de atendimento, conferindo um desafio dentro da atenção primária, possibilitando um serviço humanizado baseados nos princípios da equidade e integralidade. O enfermeiro se faz instrumento crucial dentro da Estratégia de saúde da Família e na implantação deste protocolo em ressalvo autonomia que o mesmo proporciona. OBJETIVO: Sumarizar as experiências relatadas na literatura sobre o emprego do Protocolo de Manchester na Atenção Primária à Saúde Brasileira. METODOLOGIA: Foi realizada uma revisão da Literatura sobre o tema, selecionando-se publicações dos últimos dez anos das bases LILACS (Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde), IBECS (Índice Bibliográfico Espanhol de Ciências da Saúde), MEDLINE (Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online), Biblioteca Cochrane, SciELO (Scientific Electronic Library Online), BDENF (Base de Dados de Enfermagem), CINAHL (Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature), além do catálogo de teses e dissertações CAPES. RESULTADOS: Foram incluídos 15 estudos que se apresentam por meio de três categorias, quais sejam: 1) Avanços no acesso através do Protocolo de Manchester na visão dos profissionais da saúde, 2) Limites e desafios do acesso aos serviços de saúde devido a utilização do Protocolo de Manchester e 3) Potencialidades do Protocolo de Manchester na APS. CONCLUSÃO: A utilização deste protocolo ao nível primário tem mostrado um desafio à equipe de saúde, corroborando com a necessidade de aprimoramento a fim de conquistar um atendimento eficaz e sensibilizado.

METHODOLOGY: A literature review on the topic was carried out by selecting publications from the latest ten years of the LILACS (Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences), IBECS (Spanish Bibliographic Index of Health Sciences), MEDLINE (Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online), Cochrane Library, SCIELO (Scientific Electronic Library Online), BDENF (Nursing Database), CINAHL (Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature) in addition to the CAPES thesis and dissertation catalog. RESULTS: We included 15 studies that are presented through three categories, namely: 1) Advances in access through the Manchester Protocol in the view of health professionals, 2) Limits and challenges of access to health services due to the use of Manchester Protocol and 3) Potentialities of the Manchester Protocol in PHC. CONCLUSION: The use of this protocol at the primary level has proved to be a challenge to the health team, corroborating the need for improvement, in order to achieve effective and sensitized care.
