Estudo sobre a reforma curricular do ensino médio no Rio Grande do Sul

Abstract

O tema geral deste trabalho é a proposta de reforma curricular do Ensino Médio, o que compreende referências de âmbito nacional e do estado do Rio Grande do Sul. A escolha do tema justifica-se pela sua atualidade, uma vez que é uma reforma que está sendo implantada, e pela disposição de estudar o Ensino Médio, etapa em relação à qual não há estudos obrigatórios no Curso de Pedagogia da UFRGS. A abordagem abarca a reforma do Ensino Médio como estipulada na Lei nº 13.415/2017 e suas especificidades na rede estadual de ensino gaúcha. O objetivo geral é descrever e refletir sobre tópicos da reorganização curricular, como a Formação Geral Básica, os Itinerários Formativos, os tempos escolares, os objetivos da reforma e a relação do novo Ensino Médio com a BNCC. É um estudo documental, abrangendo documentos da primeira fase de implantação da reforma no âmbito da rede estadual de ensino do Rio Grande do Sul e documentos de âmbito nacional.

The general theme of this work is the proposal for a curriculum reform of High School, which includes references from the national scope and from the state of Rio Grande do Sul. The choice of the theme is justified by its relevance, since it is a reform that is being implemented, and by the willingness to realize a study about the high school, a stage for which there are no mandatory studies in the Pedagogy Course at UFRGS. The approach encompasses the reform of High School as stipulated in Law nº 13.415/2017 and its specificities in the state education network in Rio Grande do Sul. The general objective is to describe and reflect on topics of curricular reorganization, such as basic general education, training itineraries, school times, reform objectives and the relationship between the new high school and the BNCC. It is a documentary study, covering documents from the first phase of the reform implementation in the scope of the state education network in Rio Grande do Sul and documents of a national scope.
