Objetivo: avaliar a proporção de coinfecção e completude de variáveis dos dados do Sistema de Informação Nacional de Agravos de Notificação (SINAN). Métodos: estudo ecológico de 1992 a 2019 a partir de 76748 fichas de notificação compulsória do SINAN: hepatites virais, HIV/AIDS, sífilis e tuberculose de residentes em Porto Alegre. Resultados: 70,8% de notificações foram no período de 2010 a 2019; 56,1% do sexo masculino, 23,4% entre 26-35 anos, 61,7% branca. Do total de indivíduos, 89,8% dos indivíduos possuíam monoinfecção, sendo 32,3% por TB. Bi-infecção mais prevalente foi de 4,5% por HIV/AIDS+TB; sendo 0,9% de tri-infecção por HIV/AIDS+TB+Hep B e/ou C; 0,04% (30 pessoas) tetrainfecção. Respectivamente 59,7%; 78,3% e 91,2% dos campos de cadastro nacional de saúde (CNS), escolaridade e raça/cor estavam completos.
