Arte e acessibilidade são os motes da pesquisa de Marcia Berselli intitulada 'Abordagens à cena inclusiva: princípios norteadores para uma prática cênica acessível'. A partir da observação de grupos que incluem pessoas com e sem deficiência, a pesquisadora buscou por práticas cênicas que possibilitem a interação desses artistas, para que atuem como agentes efetivos de criação artística. A tese de doutorado foi apresentada junto ao Programa de Pós-Graduação em Artes Cênicas do Instituto de Artes. Na entrevista, Marcia conta como realizou a pesquisa, fala da necessidade de transgressão da construção social da deficiência e aponta alguns princípios e práticas para uma cena acessível. Também comenta do Grupo de Pesquisa Teatro Flexível: práticas cênicas e acessibilidade, originado a partir de sua pesquisa, projeto que ela desenvolve hoje como docente da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria.
