A educação permanente como mediação na (re) organização do trabalho no SUAS do RS

Abstract

O presente estudo trata de uma pesquisa social de natureza qualitativa que tem por objetivo identificar de que forma a educação permanente contribui com a (re) organização do trabalho no SUAS no Rio Grande do Sul. Tem como objetivos específicos: Identificar a compreensão dos trabalhadores que participam do FETSUAS/RS sobre a Política Nacional de Educação Permanente do SUAS; captar a percepção dos trabalhadores do SUAS que participam do FETSUAS/RS sobre a importância da educação permanente como mediação na (re) organização do trabalho no SUAS; e conhecer experiências de educação permanente vivenciadas pelos trabalhadores que incidiram na (re) organização do trabalho em que se inserem no SUAS.Tem como subsídios teóricos a discussão sobre a gestão do trabalho e o orçamento no SUAS, a educação permanente, a organização e as experiências dos trabalhadoresparticipantes. O Grupo Focal foi escolhido como principal instrumento para coleta dos dados e das informaçõesnarradas pelos/as trabalhadores/as integrantes do Fórum Estadual de Trabalhadores do SUAS do Rio Grande do Sul- FETSUAS/RSque seconstituiram nos sujeitos particiantes da investigação. A partir de fontes secundárias foi possível discorrer a respeito das produções de conhecimento na área da assistência social, educação permanente e serviço social. A educação permanente é uma das estratégias para a (re) organização do trabalho no SUAS que busca de forma veemente a construção de novos saberes por meio de espaços e aprendizado coletivos que proporcionem não somente a produção de conhecimento, mas também estratégias de resistência para as situações em que se encontram os trabalhadores do SUAS, diante o processo de retirada de direitos em curso narrado pelos participantes.

The present study talks about a social research of qualitative nature that has the objective to identify how permanent education contributes to the (re)organization of work at SUAS in Rio Grande do Sul. The specific objectives are: Identify the comprehension of workers about SUAS' National Policy of Permanent Education; Capture the perception of SUAS' workers that participate in FETSUAS/RS about the importance of permanent education as a mediation tool in the (re)organization of work in SUAS; And learn through experiences of permanent education lived by workers that had an impact on the (re)organization of the work in which they are inserted in SUAS. The article has as it's theoretical base the discussion about the management of work and budget in SUAS, the permanent education, the organization and experiences lived by workers that participated in the research. The Focal Group was chosen as the main instrument to collect data and information told by the workers that integrate SUAS' Workers State Forum in Rio Grande do Sul - FETSUAS/RS, which constitute the investigation participants. From secondary sources, it was possible to discourse about the knowledge production in social assistance, permanent education and social service. Permanent education is one of the strategies to (re)organize work in SUAS that seeks to build new knowledge through the creation of spaces and collective learning that provide not only knowledge production, but also resistance strategies for the situations in which SUAS' workers are involved, before the withdrawal of rights narrated by the participants.
