Este trabalho visa mostrar uma assistência de enfermagem centrada no paciente e não em sua patologia, baseada em seus problemas, com fundamentação científica desses problemas, com as respectivas prescrições de enfermagem e suas fundamentações.
Abstract
The purpose of this paper isto demonstrate a nur-sing assistance centered on the patient instead of in his pathology, based on his problems. these problems scientifically supported, with its corresponding nursing prescriptions and its foundations.
