Análise de ruído em tratores cabinados na operação de plantio da soja

Abstract

O presente trabalho compreende uma análise de ruído no posto de operação de tratores cabinados realizando a operação de plantio da soja. Este estudo tem como objetivo realizar medições de nível de pressão sonora em tratores e determinar se a atividade se enquadra como insalubre pela norma regulamentadora NR-15 e averiguar se atende a Norma de Higiene Ocupacional NHO-01. Além disso, são investigados também os motivos contribuintes para a diferença de ruído entre as máquinas agrícolas. Para isso, são analisados três tratores agrícolas da mesma marca realizando o mesmo tipo de operação. Os resultados obtidos mostram que um dos tratores não obedece às normas usadas no estudo em referência aos níveis máximos de nível de pressão sonora tolerados para uma jornada de trabalho de 8 horas. Ao fim do trabalho, dentre as conclusões, se destaca que tratores cabinados não obrigatoriamente atendem às exigências das normas regulamentadoras e também conclui-se que o uso de protetor auricular se faz necessário para o operador do trator com os maiores níveis de ruído.

The present work consists of a noise analysis in the cab of the operating station of tractors realizing the soy plant operation. This study aims to perform noise measurements on tractors and determine if the activity is classified as unhealthy by the regulatory standard NR-15 and ascertain whether it meets the Occupational Hygiene Standard NHO-01. In addition, the contributing reasons for the difference in noise between these agricultural machines are also investigated. For that, three tractors of the same brand are analyzed, executing the same type of operation. The results obtained show that one of the tractors does not comply with the standards used in the study in reference to the maximum noise levels tolerated for an 8-hour working day. At the end of the work, among the conclusions, it is highlighted that cab tractors do not necessarily meet the requirements of regulatory standards and it is also concluded that the operator of the tractor with the highest noise levels must use hearing protection equipment.
