Inscrições e citações : nas pegadas e vestígios da noção de agroecologia em TCCs do curso de Agronomia do MST em convênio com a UFFS

Abstract

Esta pesquisa desenvolveu, de forma qualitativa, um estudo exploratório e descritivo, que buscou analisar a produção dos Trabalhos de Conclusão de Curso (TCC) dos estudantes de Agronomia do Movimento dos Trabalhadores Rurais Sem Terra (MST). A partir do manuseio dos primeiros trabalhos, houve uma percepção recorrente de um modo de tratar a questão da produção de alimentos pelo MST sobre a agroecologia, noção a partir da qual delineamos o objetivo geral, de conhecer os diferentes usos da noção de agroecologia nos discursos utilizados e produzidos nos TCCs do curso de Agronomia da Universidade Federal da Fronteira Sul (UFFS) em convênio com o MST. Os objetivos específicos foram: a) identificar o perfil socioeconômico dos estudantes (sexo, procedência geográfica e pertencimento aos assentamentos) que realizaram o curso de Agronomia na UFFS; b) elencar quais temáticas circundam a noção de agroecologia nos TCCs dos formandos de Agronomia da UFFS; c) extrair categorias centrais da agroecologia que são explicitadas nos TCCs; d) analisar as apropriações das enunciações sobre a agroecologia em meio ao discurso científico utilizado, a partir das categorias emergidas. As etapas da pesquisa pautaram-se nas pistas metodológicas, sendo procedida uma busca no repositório institucional da UFFS pela expressão "Ênio Guterres", nome que designa a turma de formandos no segundo semestre de 2018. Foram recuperados quarenta e três (43) trabalhos, os quais, em sua maioria, guardam relação com o tema agroecologia. A distribuição dos TCCs por gênero dos formandos visou refletir sobre a presença e o papel das mulheres no MST. Os Estados que tiveram maior produção de pesquisa em assentamentos estão na região sul. Com relação às palavras-chave, os termos que ficaram em evidência foram a "agroecologia" seguida do "MST", "mulheres agricultoras" e "autonomia". A metodologia pautou-se na Análise de Conteúdo (BARDIN, 2016) e na Análise do Discurso (FOUCAULT, 2013). A análise temática dos TCCs permitiu a distribuição das marcas discursivas em categorias. Como resultados aqui apresentados, organizamos um mapeamento quantitativo das categorias temáticas emergidas: "Sujeitos", "Sistema produtivo", "Luta de classes e resistência camponesa" e "Formas de trabalho", e, por meio de uma análise qualitativa, identificamos os tipos de enunciados/discursos construídos pelos formandos acerca de uma noção compartilhada. A comparação dos resultados obtidos nesta pesquisa subsidiaram análises referentes à parte da construção social da noção de agroecologia, enfatizando o discurso acadêmico dos trabalhos monográficos da primeira turma de formandos do MST. A partir das operações discursivas em que a informação é reconduzida e apropriada, ficou evidente a vontade de obter e consolidar conhecimentos por parte do Movimento.

This research developed, in a qualitative way, an exploratory and descriptive study, which sought to analyze a production of undergraduate thesis (TCC) in the Movement of Landless Rural Workers (MST) in settlements. From the handling of the first works, there was a recurring perception of a way of dealing with the issue of food production by the MST. Also about "agroecology", from which the general objective was outlined, which is to know the different uses of the notion of "agroecology" in the speeches used and available in the TCCs of the Agronomy course at the Federal University of Fronteira Sul (UFFS) in partnership with the MST. The specific objectives were: to identify the socio-economic profile of the students (sex, geographical origin, and belonging to the settlements), who took the Agronomy course at UFFS; b) to list which themes surround the notion of agroecology in the TCCs of UFFS Agroecology undergraduates; c) to extract categories from agroecology, which are explained in the TCCs; d) to analyze the appropriations of the word "agroecology" in the midst of the scientific speech used, based on the categories that emerged. The stages of the research were based on the methodological clues and search was conducted in the institutional repository of UFFS for the expression "Ênio Guterres", the name of the graduating class in the second semester of 2018. Forty-three (43) works were recovered, most of which are related to the agroecology theme. The distribution of the TCCs by gender of the graduating students aimed to ponder the presence and the role of women in the MST. The states that had the greatest research production about settlements are in the Southern Region. Regarding the keywords, the most prominent terms were "agroecology" followed by "MST", "women farmers", and "autonomy". The methodological approaches used were Content Analysis (BARDIN, 2016) and Discourse Analysis (FOUCAULT, 2013). The thematic analysis of the TCCs allowed the distribution of the discursive marks in categories. As results presented here, we organized a quantitative mapping of the emerged thematic categories, "Subjects", "Productive system", "Class struggle and peasant resistance", and "Forms of work". In addition, through qualitative analysis, we identified the types of statements/speeches constructed by the graduating students through a shared notion. The comparison of the results obtained in this research supported analyses related to the social construction part of the notion of "agroecology", emphasizing the academic discourse of the monographic works of the first class of graduates of the MST. From the discursive operations in which the information is returned and appropriated, the willingness to obtain and consolidate knowledge on the part of the Movement became evident.
