Micropolítica escolar e o trabalho docente em educação física : os diferentes atores do cenário escolar, suas relações, disputas e alianças

Abstract

O presente artigo é fruto de uma pesquisa que investigou a micropolítica escolar e o trabalho docente dos professores de Educação Física em duas escolas públicas na cidade de Porto Alegre/ RS. O objetivo do estudo foi identificar que disputas e alianças ocorrem nas relações entre os diferentes atores no cenário escolar e compreender como estes movimentos se configuram e produzem efeitos no trabalho docente dos professores de Educação Física. Metodologicamente realizamos um estudo qualitativo e descritivo em duas escolas públicas estaduais na cidade de Porto Alegre/RS. As informações foram obtidas a partir de observações – registradas no diário de campo – e de entrevistas semiestruturadas, tendo como colaboradoras do estudo, três professoras de Educação Física. O trabalho de campo realizou-se durante o primeiro semestre de 2013 e as informações obtidas foram discutidas através da análise de conteúdo. O estudo nos permitiu compreender que as relações estabelecidas e reconstruídas no universo escolar podem influenciar o trabalho docente por meio das alianças, coalizões e conflitos em meio a diversidade de objetivos e diferentes formas de operar nas relações que atravessam a escola. Nesse sentido, o professorado de Educação Física pode se posicionar como aprendente em relação às dinâmicas da micropolítica escolar. Tais dinâmicas são peculiares a cada escola e desafiam os docentes a operarem de forma sensível e transformadora com os interesses dos partícipes da comunidade escolar e com seus projetos e pressupostos pedagógicos.

The present article is the result of a research that investigated the micropolitics of the school and the work carried out by physical education teachers in two public schools in the city of Porto Alegre/Rio Grande do Sul. The objective of this study was to identify what alliances and disputes take place in the relations among the different actors in the school setting and understand how these movements are configured and what effects they produce on the physical education teachers’ teaching. We methodologically carried out a qualitative and descriptive study in two state public schools in the city of Porto Alegre/Rio Grande do Sul. The information was collected from observations - chronicled in field journals - and from semi-structured interviews through the collaboration of three physical education teachers. The field work took place during the first half of 2013 and the information obtained was discussed through the analysis of content. The study allowed us an understanding on how the relations established and reconstructed in the school environment can influence the teacher’s work through means of alliances, coalitions and conflicts amid the diversity of objectives and the different forms of operating the relations that pervade the school. In this sense, physical education teachers can place themselves as learners in relation to the dynamics of micro-politics in schools. Such dynamics are particular to each school and challenge teachers to sensitively and transformatively operate with the interests of the participants of the school community and with their projects and pedagogical assumptions.
