Análise do planejamento de estoque de Kanban de um a grande empresa

Abstract

A competitividade do mercado tem exigido uma maior preocupação na gestão de recursos, pois as empresas necessitam produzir com qualidade e quantidade suficiente para atender às demandas dos clientes. Este artigo apresenta um método de cálculo do número de cartões Kanban no setor de planejamento de materiais de uma grande empresa, tendo como foco principal a redução do custo do estoque Kanban. Primeiramente, foi efetuado uma revisão da literatura referente a Kanban tradicional e adaptado, e posteriormente compilados dados históricos de consumo da empresa, na sequência foi definida a equação do número de cartões, performance dos fornecedores e a execução e implementação do método no sistema SAP (Systeme, Anwendungen und Produkte in der Datenverarbeitung) de uma empresa de grande porte. Os principais resultados obtidos foram a redução do custo de estoque interno em 56,4% e redução de 40% na ocupação das posições do estoque do almoxarifado.

The competitivity within the market has been calling for a better understanding of the resources management inside the company, due to the need of the highest levels of quality and quantity that are been demanded from the clients through the market. This article presents a calculating method of Kanban cards` number in the materials planning sector of a leading industry company, when the main focus is to cut the costs of Kanban’stock. Firstly, a review of the literature referring to the traditional and adaptive Kanban was carried out, and subsequently compiled historical data on company`s usage, then the adequate equation for that matter of the number of cards has been defined, suppliers’performance and the proper execution and implementation of the method at the SAP (Systeme, Anwendungen und Produkte in der Datenverarbeitung) system of a large company. The main results obtained throughout that process were; a significant cut of internal stock in 56.4% and a reduction of 40% in the occupation of the warehouse stock positions.
