A passagem do pessoal ao público na ficção de autoria feminina contemporânea

Abstract

Durante muito tempo, as mulheres foram apenas referenciadas na literatura. Alguns dos mais conhecidos textos da literatura ocidental têm mulheres como protagonistas. Porém, se na ficção a mulher possuía status de personagem principal, na vida real, a ela era negado o direito a expressão. Temos inúmeras personagens femininas permeando textos ao longo dos séculos, enquanto a autoria das mulheres era silenciada. A nós, estava reservado o espaço privado. Todavia, nossa atividade intelectual e literária seguiu à margem, até o momento em que emerge dentro de um contexto majoritariamente masculino, com uma função que perpassa a estética, e principalmente, rompe paradigmas: a mulher então se estabelece como sujeito, na ficção e na realidade. Analisando a obra de Maria Luisa Bombal, Clarice Lispector e Cíntia Moscovich, três grandes nomes da literatura latino-americana, observamos como essas autoras, através da ficção, fazem a transição da própria experiência do pessoal ao público.

For a long time, women were only referenced in the literature. Some of the most known texts in Western literature have women as protagonists. But, if in the fiction the woman had status of main character, in the real life, she was denied the right to expression. We have numerous female characters permeating texts over the centuries, while the authorship of women was silenced. For us, only the private space was reserved. However, the intellectual and literary activity of women remained on the sidelines, until the moment that it emerges in a predominantly masculine context, with the function that permeates the aesthetics, and mainly, breaks paradigms: the woman establishes herself as a subject, in fiction and actually. Analyzing the work of Maria Luisa Bombal, Clarice Lispector and Cíntia Moscovich, three great names in Latin American literature, We observe how these authors, through fiction, make the transition from the personal to the public of their own experience.
