O presente trabalho tem por objeto os precedentes vinculantes no contexto do Código de Processo Civil de 2015. O estudo consiste na análise das diferentes correntes doutrinárias a respeito do precedente vinculante a partir da divisão proposta por Ronaldo Cramer, que observa a interpretação de cada uma delas quanto ao artigo 927 do Código de Processo Civil. The object of the present paper is the binding precedent in the context of the Civil Procedure Code of 2015. The study consists of the analysis of different doctrinal currents about the binding precedent through the division proposed by Ronaldo Cramer, which observes the interpretation given by each one of them to the article 927 of the Civil Procedure Code.
