A intervenção fonoaudiológica a partir da escuta de falas sintomáticas na clínica de linguagem

Abstract

O presente trabalho refere-se à particularidade da intervenção fonoaudiológica a partir da escuta de falas sintomáticas na clínica de linguagem. Para compor a fundamentação teórica, foram feitos deslocamentos de noções da linguística da enunciação benvenistiana e da clínica de linguagem. A metodologia da pesquisa caracteriza-se como delineamento qualitativo descritivo retrospectivo de noções pertinentes à intervenção fonoaudiológica, bem como transcrição e análise de cunho enunciativo de um recorte de uma cena clínica. Não se trata, portanto, de um estudo de caso. Mais especificamente, analisamos a particularidade do sintoma de linguagem que apresenta assimetria significante. A unidade de análise é o diálogo pela via do brincar. As categorias de análise articulam-se entre a semantização, a significação e a sintagmatização a partir da noção de assimetria significante que surge na fala do paciente. Trabalharemos com a noção de escuta terapêutica que supõe sentido para aquilo que o sujeito enunciou. Nessa perspectiva, a intervenção atua na co-referência. Além disso, reflexões oriundas da clínica psicanalítica contribuirão para as noções aqui tratadas sobre clínica e sujeito. Por fim, os encaminhamentos deste trabalho demonstrarão as implicações pertinentes à intervenção fonoaudiológica em pacientes com falas sintomáticas no âmbito da clínica de linguagem. Destacaremos os efeitos de uma intervenção a partir da escuta terapêutica da fala do paciente em relação à posição que ambos, terapeuta e paciente, ocupam enquanto falantes na instância de discurso.

The present work refers to the particularity of speech-language intervention through listening to symptomatic speech in the language clinic. In order to compose our theoretical foundation, the linguistics of the Benvenistian enunciation and the language clinic were employed. The research methodology is of a qualitative, descriptive, retrospective design of notions pertinent to speech-language intervention, and also involved the transcription and analysis of enunciations sourced from of a real clinical scene. It is not, therefore, a case study. More specifically, we analyze the particularity of language symptoms that present significant asymmetry. The unit of analysis is dialogue through play. The categories of analysis are articulated between semantization, meaning and syntagmatization, based on the notion that significant asymmetry arises in the patient's speech. We will work with the notion of therapeutic listening that assumes meaning in what the subject has enunciated. From this perspective, intervention constitutes listening / co-referencing. In addition, reflections from the psychoanalytic clinic will contribute to the notions discussed here about clinic and subject. Finally, the guidelines of this work will demonstrate the pertinent implications for speechlanguage intervention in patients with symptomatic speech in the context of the language clinic. We will emphasize the effects of an intervention through the therapeutic listening of the patient's speech and relate them to the positions that therapist and patient occupy as speakers in the speech instance.
