O violonista Telmo Jaconi repassa sua trajetória, compartilha suas memórias sobre o cenário extremamente musical de sua infância e recupera lembranças e sensações de sua viagem, aos dezesseis anos de idade, à Áustria, para onde foi de navio, sem apoio familiar, para estudar violino. Telmo ainda sinaliza a importância da atuação da OSPA e do curso de Música da UFRGS na legitimação da profissão de músico, antes tido como vagabundo, e, por fim, fala sobre seu atual trabalho na transmissão de seu conhecimento às crianças.
Telmo Jaconi estudou na Academia de Música de Viena, na Áustria, e mais tarde formou-se em Música pela UFRGS. Integrou a OSPA por 44 anos, e durante boa parte deste tempo foi spalla do grupo. Ao longo de sua trajetória, atuou como solista de praticamente todas as orquestras brasileiras e de algumas no exterior. Hoje coordena e participa da Camerata Porto Alegre, além de estar à frente da Orquestra de Câmara Jovem do Rio Grande do Sul.
