O objetivo deste estudo é propor melhorias ao processo de relacionamento do Sport Club Internacional com seus associados, levando em consideração as motivações que levam os torcedores a deixar o quadro social. Para sustentar o trabalho, foram explorados os conceitos de marketing de relacionamento, experiência do cliente e satisfação do cliente. Em seguida, com base na análise de documentos e de entrevistas informais com os gerentes da área de marketing da empresa, foi definido um roteiro de entrevista em profundidade a ser aplicado em uma amostra composta exclusivamente por torcedores que em algum momento deixaram o quadro social do Clube. A partir da análise dos resultados das entrevistas, as motivações que levaram os torcedores entrevistados a deixar o quadro social do clube foram divididas em três grupos, além da listagem de fatores facilitadores do processo de desligamento. Para o grupo de motivações relacionadas à área de marketing foram desenvolvidas ações de bloqueio, a qual tem como objetivo a satisfação e fidelização do associado.
