Resumo
Este artigo analisa o riso como estratégia estético-ideológica nos contos do escritor João Melo. Nos contos do escritor angolano, as formas do cômico servem para questionar as “verdades absolutas”, sejam elas sociais, políticas ou morais, e também as “verdades literárias”. Ao mesmo tempo, este artigo discute os conceitos de pós-colonialismo e de pós-modernidade.
Abstract
This article examines the laughter as aesthetic-ideological strategy in stories written by John Melo. In the short stories of the Angolan writer, the laughter serves to question the "absolute truths", be they social, political or moral, and also the "literary truths". At the same time, this article discusses the concepts of postcolonialism and postmodernism.
