Responsabilidade social empersarial : os impactos das ações sociais realizadas para a comunidade e para os voluntários em uma empresa de tecnologia da informação

Abstract

O presente trabalho teve por objetivo verificar o impacto das ações sociais realizadas por uma empresa da área de tecnologia da informação do Vale do Rio dos Sinos na comunidade na qual está inserida. Bem como, nas pessoas que realizam tais ações, além de descrever as ações sociais realizadas pela empresa da área de TI para ser capaz de identificar como as ações impactam no dia-a-dia da comunidade e no dia-a-dia dos voluntários. Sendo assim, verificar quais são os benefícios e/ou malefícios dos resultados dessas ações para a empresa de TI no âmbito local. O estudo relacionou o surgimento da tecnologia da informação e seu papel na sociedade juntamente com termos que se fazem presentes em projetos sociais como filantropia, responsabilidade social corporativa/empresarial e cidadania empresarial, incluindo na discussão o desenvolvimento social como forma de tratar das relações humanas e do desenvolvimento em sociedade por meio dessas ações. Após tais informações foram realizadas três entrevistas com instituições diferentes e uma entrevista com o líder do CSR – Corporate Social Responsibility; foi obtido retorno de 14 questionários realizados com os voluntários, o quais são funcionários da empresa em questão. Além disso, percebe-se o público dessa pesquisa crianças e adultos da comunidade de São Leopoldo, que por diferentes motivos participam de projetos para obter educação, socialização e inserção no mercado de trabalho. Foi concluído então, que há impactos percebidos nos três eixos: na comunidade, nos voluntários e na empresa, mas que principalmente, são impactos que vão de acordo com os valores da organização, bem como com os das intituições em prol de um mesmo objetivo: melhorar o mundo e a vida das pessoas.

This study aimed to verify the impact of the social actions carried out by an information technology company from Vale do Rio dos Sinos in the community in which it is placed. As well as in the people who carry out such actions, besides describing the social actions carried out by the IT company to be able to identify how the actions impact on the daily life of the community and on the daily life of the volunteers. Therefore, checking what are the benefits and / or harms of the results of these actions for the IT company at the local level. The study related the emergence of information technology and its role in society along with terms that are present in social projects such as philanthropy, corporate social responsibility and corporate citizenship, including in the discussion the social development as a way to deal with human relations and development through these actions. After these information, three interviews were conducted with different institutions and another interview with the leader of the CSR - Corporate Social Responsibility; it was obtained as return 14 questionnaires answered by the volunteers, who are the employees of the company in question. In addition, the public of this research is perceived as children and adults of the community in São Leopoldo city, who for different reasons participate in projects to obtain education, socialization and insertion in the labor market. It was concluded that there are perceived impacts in the three axes: in the community, in the volunteers and in the company, but mainly, they are impacts that go according to the values of the organization, as well as those of the institutions for the same purpose: improve the world and people's lives.
