A Hipertensão Arterial Sistêmica (HAS) é uma doença crônica não transmissível que pode afetar a qualidade e expectativa de vida dos indivíduos, apresentando alta prevalência e baixas taxas de controle. O objetivo deste estudo foi analisar as produções científicas sobre as ações de saúde desenvolvidas pelos enfermeiros da Estratégia Saúde da Família (ESF) no cuidado à pessoa com HAS. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa com a seguinte questão norteadora: quais as ações em saúde desenvolvidas pelas (os) enfermeiras (os) na ESF no cuidado à pessoa com HAS? A busca foi realizada nas bases de dados LILACS, BDENF, PUBMED e biblioteca virtual SCIELO. Foram incluídos artigos originais publicados entre 2004 e 2014. Como resultado obteve-se oito artigos elegíveis, as ações desenvolvidas eram principalmente de cunho coletivo e individual ou apenas individual, enfocando mudança de comportamento e ações educativas de caráter tradicional, sem levar em conta a cultura, saberes e visão de mundo das pessoas que vivem com HAS. Conclui-se a necessidade de aprofundar na graduação o cuidado com as pessoas em situação de adoecimento crônico e a realização de educação permanente como potencializadora das reflexões e mudanças no processo de trabalho em equipe. ...
