O processo da reciclagem de garrafas PET no município de Osório/RS

Abstract

No Brasil, temos a Política Nacional dos Resíduos Sólidos, a lei que estabelece diretrizes para os planos municipais e a maneira de como devem ser elaborados, como fiscalizações ambientais, medidas de educação ambiental junto à sociedade, incentivo as cooperativas, entre outros documentos legais de suma importância no que diz respeito à reciclagem. A coleta de dados foi a partir de observações e entrevistas na Secretaria de Meio Ambiente e Agricultura do município de Osório, com o secretário Carlos Augusto Fontoura e na Calixo Cooperativa do Aterro Sanitário, com a presidente Erdariza Ferreira, localizada no município de Osório, acompanhando o trabalho de coleta e separação dos resíduos sólidos e orgânicos e, a partir de uma revisão bibliográfica com teóricos que versam sobre o assunto reciclagem. Este trabalho tem como objetivo geral conhecer sobre os processos de reciclagem do lixo seco, desde a sua coleta até a separação dos materiais na cooperativa de reciclagem e aterro sanitário do município de Osório/RS. Pretende-se, a partir de uma abordagem teórica e prática através de uma pesquisa qualitativa e de campo aproximar a teoria da realidade, da prática, e, ao mesmo tempo, compreender como acontece esse processo de reciclagem no município em estudo. Portanto, a pesquisa tem como tema: O processo de reciclagem de garrafas pet no município de Osório/RS, tendo como Objetivo Geral identificar o processo de coleta e reciclagem do lixo, com ênfase na reciclagem de garrafas pet. E, para dar conta deste objetivo geral, elencaram-se os seguintes objetivos específicos: - Conhecer os benefícios sociais, ambientais e econômicos da reciclagem da garrafa pet, no município de Osório/RS; - Identificar os produtos finais, incluindo o artesanato confeccionado a partir da reciclagem da garrafa pet. Este estudo justifica-se, pois é a partir da ideia de conscientização sobre a sustentabilidade no meio em que se vive que surgiu à curiosidade em conhecer os processos utilizados e que tipos de materiais podem ser transformados e reaproveitados com enfoque na garrafa pet, gerando renda, qualidade de vida e ao mesmo tempo contribuindo para a preservação da vida e do ambiente. Conhecer os benefícios sociais, econômicos e ambientais também é muito importante neste processo. Percebe-se que a reciclagem tem uma grande importância, tendo sua legitimação consistida, bem como nos benefícios que a mesma oferece para a população.

This work has as general objective to know about the SIBS of recycling of dry waste, from its collection to the separation of materials in the recycling cooperative and landfill of the municipality of Osório/RS. It is intended, from a theoretical and practical approach through qualitative and field research to approximate the theory of reality, of practice, and, at the same time, to understand how this process of recycling happens in the municipality under study. Therefore, the research has as theme: the process of recycling pet bottles in the municipality of Osório/RS, having as the general objective to identify the process of collecting and recycling of the garbage, with emphasis in the recycling of pet bottles. and to account for this general objective, elencaram the following specific objectives:-To know the social, environmental and economic benefits of recycling the pet bottle in the municipality of Osório/RS. Identify the final products, including handicrafts made from the recycling of the pet bottle. This study is justified because it is based on the idea of awareness of sustainability in the environment in which it is lived that came to curiosity to know the processes used and what types of materials can be transformed and reused with focus on the bottle Pet, generating income, quality of life and at the same time contributing to the preservation of life and the environment. Knowing the social, economic and environmental benefits is also very important in this process. It is understood that recycling is of great importance, having its legitimacy consisted, as well as in the benefits that it offers to the population.
