Proposta de plano de prevenção, combate e reação a sinistros em bibliotecas

Abstract

Trabalho de conclusão de curso que tem por objetivo geral propor um plano de prevenção, combate e reação a sinistros em bibliotecas, adaptado à realidade das bibliotecas brasileiras, no que tange a incêndios e inundações. Demonstra através de revisão de literatura, a inexistência de planejamento preventivo na maioria das bibliotecas brasileiras e a falta de preparo dos gerentes de bibliotecas em operacionalizar tal plano. Alerta para a grande responsabilidade que as instituições mantenedoras de patrimônio cultural, histórico e mnemônico têm. O projeto tem abordagem qualitativa onde serão apresentados dois estudos de caso de instituições de Porto Alegre onde ocorreram incêndio e inundação. Através de entrevista semi-estruturada investiga se a ocorrências de sinistros nas bibliotecas entrevistadas decorreu da falta de planejamento preventivo. Analisa e interpreta os dados obtidos através da mesma. O planejamento visa identificar os riscos aos quais as bibliotecas estão sujeitas, a sua redução e a verificação de possíveis recursos para a implementação do plano. Caracteriza os elementos do fogo que gera o incêndio. Busca causas e conseqüências que o incêndio trazà biblioteca, bem como sua prevenção, detecção por meio de alarmes e combate eficaz ao incêndio. Apresenta as causas e conseqüências das inundações decorrentes do combate ao incêndio. Demonstra sua eficaz prevenção, detecção e combate.

Work of course conclusion that has for general objective to construct a plan of prevention, combat and reaction the accidents in libraries, in that it refers to fires and floodings. It demonstrates through literature revision, the inexistence of preventive planning in the majority of the Brazilian libraries and the lack of preparation of the controlling of the information in such plan. Alert for the great responsibility that the institutions of cultural, historical and mnemonic patrimony have. The project will have qualitative boarding where two studies of case of institutions of Porto Alegre will be presented where fire and flooding had occurred. In the planning, it aims at to identify to the risks to which the libraries are citizens, its reduction and the verification of possible resources for the implementation of the plan. It characterizes the elements of the fire that generates the fire. Search causes and consequencest hat the fire brings to the library, as well as its prevention, detention, alamos and efficient combat to the fire. It presents causes and consequences that floodings bring to the quantities, its prevention, detention and its combat. Through half-structuralized interview it investigates if the occurrences of accidents in the interviewed libraries it elapsed of the lack of preventive planning. It analyzes and it interprets the data gotten through the same one. The reality of the libraries considers a suitable plan against accidents.
