Turismo no meio rural como alternativa para a permanência no campo : um estudo da Rota das Salamarias

Abstract

Este trabalho de conclusão trata da motivação e atuação dos jovens no Turismo no Meio Rural do roteiro turístico Rota das Salamarias no município de Marau, situado na região norte do estado do Rio Grande do Sul. A análise é direcionada abrangendo o desenvolvimento rural proporcionado pela Rota, através da possibilidade que o produtor rural tem de diversificar sua fonte de renda e agregar valor aos seus produtos e ao mesmo tempo, ofertar um ambiente que venha ao encontro da vontade dos moradores urbanos de reencontrar suas raízes e de conviver com a natureza. Também, buscou-se analisar as contribuições da Rota das Salamarias para a permanência do jovem no meio rural e assim, a sucessão nas atividades da propriedade. Para a análise foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas aos proprietários e aos jovens que moravam com os pais. A metodologia utilizada foi a pesquisa de caráter qualitativo através de entrevistas padronizadas e semiestruturadas e observação in loco. Por fim, são apresentadas propostas com o objetivo de incorporar as características e tendências discutidas nas iniciativas de desenvolvimento e sucessão rural.

This conclusion work deals with the motivation and performance of young people in Tourism in the Rural Environment of the Rota das Salamarias tourist route in the municipality of Marau, located in the northern region of the State of Rio Grande do Sul. The analysis is directed to the rural development provided by Route , through the possibility that the rural producer has to diversify its source of income and add value to its products and at the same time offer an environment that meets the will of the urban dwellers to rediscover their roots and to live with nature. Also, we tried to analyze the contributions of the Route of the Salamarias for the permanence of the young person in the rural environment and thus, the succession in the activities of the property. For the analysis, personal interviews were conducted with the owners and the young people who lived with their parents. The methodology used was qualitative research through standardized and semi-structured interviews and in loco observation. Finally, proposals are presented with the aim of incorporating the characteristics and tendencies discussed in rural development and succession initiatives.
