Cidadania e governo eletrônico : organização e transferência da informação em portal governamental

Abstract

Este estudo verificou os princípios de organização e transferência das informações de serviços de utilidade pública em portal de governo no âmbito estadual. Apresenta a importância do governo eletrônico na prestação de serviços públicos e disseminação da informação na Internet em prol da cidadania. A pesquisa adotou a metodologia descritiva, de cunho qualitativo, para coleta de dados foram aplicados os instrumentos de análise do portal com base nos parâmetros de organização da informação e entrevista, baseando-se em um roteiro semi-estruturado. Os métodos foram aplicados no Portal de Serviços e Informações do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul - TudoFácil Eletrônico. Conclui-se que o Portal TudoFácil Eletrônico constitui um instrumento a serviço dos cidadãos, viabilizando o fortalecimento da vida democrática e as possibilidades de transferência da informação aos usuários.

This study it verified the principles of organization and transference of the information of services of public utility in vestibule of government in the state scope. It presents the importance of the electronic government in the public rendering of services and dissemination of the information in the Internet in favor of the citizenship. The research adopted the descriptive methodology, of qualitative matrix, for collection of data had been applied the instruments of analysis of the vestibule on the basis of the parameters of organization of the information and interview, if basing on a half-structuralized script. The methods had been applied in the Vestibule of Services and Information of the State of the Rio Grande Do Sul - Electronic TudoFácil. One concludes that Electronic the TudoFácil Vestibule constitutes an instrument the service of the citizens, making possible the fortalecimento of the democratic life and the possibilities of transference of the information to the users.
