A universalização das bibliotecas escolares à luz da Lei nº 12.244/2010 e a sua implantação no município de Ivoti-RS

Abstract

Apresenta pesquisa que verificou o processo de gerenciamento das bibliotecas escolares do município de Ivoti, no Rio Grande do Sul, em relação ao cumprimento da Lei Nº 12.244/2010. Esquematiza identificando os gestores da rede de bibliotecas escolares do Município de Ivoti. Avalia se a rede municipal de bibliotecas atende à legislação em vigor parcial ou totalmente. Sugere a criação de um sistema municipal de bibliotecas com gestão de qualidade. A metodologia empregada foi de natureza básica. Caracteriza-se com o objetivo de ser exploratória, com a estrutura de estudo de caso e os dados colhidos se realizam através de entrevista semiestruturada. A análise dos dados foi efetuada com base nas respostas dos sujeitos e análise documental obtidos junto à Prefeitura de Ivoti. Os resultados da pesquisa vieram a partir de um cotejo entre as fontes consultadas no referencial teórico e a análise das entrevistas, acerca dos objetivos da pesquisa. Finaliza respondendo ao problema de pesquisa e sugerindo a criação de um sistema de bibliotecas escolares para o município de Ivoti-RS.

It presents a research that verified the process of management of school libraries in the city of Ivoti, in Rio Grande do Sul, regarding the compliance with the Law No. 12244/2010. It outlines identifying the network managers of school libraries in Ivoti. It evaluates whether the municipal library network complies with the legislation in force, partially or completely. It suggests the creation of a municipal library system with quality management. The methodology used was of a basic nature. It is characterized with the objective of being exploratory, with the case study structure and the data collected are performed through a semi-structured interview. The data analysis was performed based on subjects' responses and documentary analysis obtained from Ivoti City Hall. The survey results came from a comparison between the sources consulted in the theoretical reference and the analysis of the interviews, about the goal of the research. It concludes by responding to the research problem and suggesting the creation of a system of school libraries for the city of Ivoti-RS.
