Produtividade e estresse ocupacional : um estudo de caso na Imobiliária Solução Imoveis

Abstract

O estresse acompanha a humanidade desde os tempos da pré-história, sendo que nessa época, o homem sentia certo nível de perturbação devido a fatores específicos do seu tempo. A evolução da sociedade trouxe consigo diversas mudanças que têm afetado as organizações como um todo. As empresas necessitam se adaptar às exigências do mercado, assim como o trabalhador. Entretanto, diante das constantes mudanças e desequilíbrios decorrentes das necessidades pessoais e profissionais, esse trabalhador tem estado vulnerável ao aparecimento de doenças e ao desenvolvimento do estresse ocupacional. Diante desse contexto, foi realizada uma pesquisa na empresa Solução Imóveis – empresa do ramo imobiliário de Canoas/RS - com o intuito de investigar os fatores estressores presentes no ambiente de trabalho que podem estar ocasionando o estresse ocupacional em seus colaboradores, e a partir disso, relacionar e identificar se esses fatores estressores impactam na produtividade. Na realização da pesquisa, utilizou-se o método de pesquisa quantitativa. Os dados foram coletados e analisados através da aplicação da ferramenta EET (Escala de Estresse no Trabalho), desenvolvida por Paschoal e Tamayo, 2004. Através dos resultados obtidos e das análises foi possível identificar os fatores estressores que estão causando estresse ocupacional e impactando a produtividade dos colaboradores.

The stress follows the humanity since the prehistory times, at this time, the man felt a certain level of disturbance due to specific factors of his time. The evolution of society brought with it several changes that have affected the organizations as a whole. The companies need to adapt to the demands of the market, just like the worker. However, faced with constant changes and imbalances due to personal and professional needs, this worker has been vulnerable the onset of diseases and the development of occupational stress. In this context, a research was made at the company Solução Imóveis - real estate company at Canoas/RS - with the aim of investigating the stressors present in the work environment that may be causing occupational stress in their employees, and from this, to relate and identify if these stressors impact productivity. In the accomplishment of the research, the quantitative research method was used. The data were collected and analyzed through the application of the SSW tool (Stress Scale at Work) developed by Paschoal e Tamayo, 2004. Through the results obtained and the analyzes it was possible to identify the stressors that are causing occupational stress and impacting the productivity of the collaborators.
